2. We will reply with a phone or skype call, followed by an emailed briefing form asking questions about your project
3. A proof will be emailed to you based on your brief
4. We process your feedback and make any final adjustments
5. Those final updates are approved by you
6. You’re FINISHED items will be emailed (or printed items delivered) to you.
